A lot of fans are in awe of Pacquiao now and you will get a lot of replies like "Pacquiao will tear him to pieces" and ignorant stuff like that. Tszyu was a very accurate puncher and was very well schooled, a classic Eastern European boxer. His straight right hand is, to me, one of the most effective punches I have seen in those lower weights and he also had a good chin, only stopped in his prime by Phillips, a fight that seems more of a fluke than actually him being superior to Tszyu.

Pacquiao brings crazy workrate, power, and speed. Tszyu brings solid boxing skills, a calmer approach, and a deadly right hand. I don't know but I like Tszyu in this one.
