Pacquiao vs. Sugar Shane? Absolutely not...

...at least not until either one of them fights Mayweather first.

These are two guys who have the skill and style to give Mayweather his first (and second) loss. Ideally, what Mayweather wants is to stall and have these 2 fighters beat each other senseless so he can spout that nonsense about "so-and-so beating each other but they haven't beat me."

Take the Cotto-Pac fight as an example. I still think Cotto can be competitive with Mayweather, but is he going to get that fight anytime soon? Not after losing to Pac.

My point is, Pac-Mosley before Pac-Mayweather or Mosley-Mayweather is unacceptable. The only fight that needs to happen right now is either Pac-Mayweather or Mosley-Mayweather.

Pac-Mayweather is going to be epic. This fight should be made.

I dont think you will get any arguments here. Maybe you should give Floyd a ring and try and convince him?

Personally i want ssm to fight either floyd or pac, i think he will derail both them givin the chance.

If PAC does not fight Mayweather next it won't be PAC's fault. I mean even if it is it won't be because everyone has FMJ's image of a ducked built in their heads. Honestly Mayweather won't fight Shane. Shane is fighting in the end of Jan and the next date he would be available proably wont be until June or July at the earliest. I think Money Man has his mind set on fighting before than. Consdering he last fought in Sept. He will probably fight the PACMAN or take on some bum for $$$....Lefty

I think pac really has only one fight left. His mother wants him to retire. If pac dosent get mayweather he may try for one more title at 154 against SPinks or Foreman, doubt he will fight P Williams-Martinez winner.

I personally don't want to see a third match with marquez. I don't think JMM is same fighter who fought Pac twice.

I would like to see Pac vs Mosley first. That way its guaranteed Money will fight the winner. If the next fight turns out to be Pac vs Gayweather and Gayweather wins there is no way in hell he will ever fight Shane. I wont be suprised if he retires again and take his main man Elle on an extended Carribean honeymoon.

pac vs mosley is an intriguing match up though

If pac-mosley happens first, then Mayweather should fight Paul Williams. Now imagine if both pacquiao and mayweather win those fights, mayweather-pac is gonna be mega epic, possibly the biggest fight in the history of boxing bar none.

Ideally, this is what Mayweather wants to happen, the top guys in WW beating each other down. Personally, I'd want to see Mayweather fight both, so I'd rather see either May-Mosley or May-Pac first, and then Pac-Mosley sometime later.

I think if Pac loses to Mayweather, Pac still has a good chance of getting a fight with Mosley. You know they'd be both game without bull**** drawn-out negotiations.

All of these would be mega fights, and I can't see Mayweather getting out unscathed. Let's face it, people pay to see Floyd fight to see him lose.

I'd like to see Pac-Mosley, too, but the winner of that fight doesnt guarantee a fight with Mayweather.

I thought The winner of Pac-Cotto gets a fight with Mayweather, but with the way Floyd's camp is spouting nonsense and excuses, it's not looking too good.

Mayweather vs Pacquiao will happen both teams want it. Floyd would get cussed for fighting Cotto after how Pac made him look, Cotto would have to build himself up win a few fights then beat another elite fighter in impressive fashion before he could dream of a shot at Floyd otherwise it would just bring heat on Floyd.

Floyd and Manny's only real option is each other right now. Mosley has a fight in January which he is not GUARANTEED to win, but if he does he then has first dibs on the winner of May-Pac, unless an immediate rematch is called, but he is the next opponent for either of those 2 after they fight each other.
