Let's wait and see how guzman does against funeka first. I'm a fan of guzman but the fact is he's 33 years old now and we don't know if he's lost a step or not. Bradley is in peak form right now and in order for Guzman to win he'll need to bring his A-game as well.

I will say if the Guzman I've known over the years shows up he would beat bradley by decision.

agreed with you man, i think on his day guzman is a fantastic fighter to watch. defensively he is slick and elusive, offensively he is powerful, quick and sharp.

imo it was only as his career was beginning to gather a little bit of momentum that he went and made the ****** mistake of missing weight for the nate campbell fight (by 3lbs!!!). i think since then he has struggled to land the big fights and you have to wonder if he is mentally/physically the same since then.

the physical side of it is obvious because it is likely that at 33 years of age he may have lost that split second that made him so sharp in the ring. mentally he could either come back better than ever or he could feel as though his moment has passed.

nevertheless he is a quality operator when at 100% and i think he should do whatever he has to to get the big fights.

Well, I do agree with him being elusive, slick and sharp but not exactly powerful if by that you mean he packs a punch! This next fight will determine whether he is still game or not. If he wins in such a way that leaves no doubt that he can still bring it then I'm sure quite a few doors are going to open for him. So, with that being said...like one of the posters above said "let's wait til he gets past Funeka" and then we could speculate on other opponents. Oh, and that was not a word for word quote...it was something along those lines.
