Steward would have made Cotto work on his right hand, helped Cotto with his stamina issues and taught him to clinch. That would have made a HUGE difference, I honestly can't say.

Unknown. It is nice to think about, but it is in the past. If Cotto can rebound and dazzle pundits and fans then maybe we can find out

i dont think so, Manny could've had Joe Santiago as a trainer, and Cotto Freddie Roach, Emmanual Steward and Mayweather Sr. in his corner and he still would've beaten Cotto

Maybe, maybe not. But at least Cotto would not have suffered prolonged battering from Manny the way he did as Steward would have stopped the fight much sooner. (I am, of course, counting on the fact that He (Steward) has the experience to stop such an important fight if he thinks his fighter's health is already on the line).

i dunno... but i think he'd still try to duke it out with pac the first few rounds. and would probably still get hurt that early.

the difference i see is that after the 9th round, i think steward would have thrown in the towel.
