There seems to be some confusion here?

According to Boxrec the Stieglitz fight is not an SES promotion, but a Universum promotion?

Rumour has it that a Stieglitz vs. Sartison unification is in the making.

Ina Menzer, who is on the undercard, is also a Universum fighter?

WBA made Kessler (now Ward) their superchampion a distinction normally preserved for unified champions. If regular champion Sartison fights a unification with Stieglitz what would they call the winner? Not that anybody cares anymore as WBA belongs on the funnypages.

Nice analysis from Per Åke Persson on the Kessler situation. I don't know if he is finished as implied. I'd rather think that they underestimated Ward big-time. In essense Kessler had only a 4 week training camp in 3 different countries spanning 8 timezones. Still he said that he was in the shape of his life...... I don't buy that. He needs to work harder which will be very, very difficult if Sauerland keeps insisting that the Froch fight is to go ahead on March 6.

Now there is an official answer. The story is not quite correct (so what's new?).

It is a copromotion, involving both SES and Universum.
