        There are black fighters based in Japan.

        Chinese haven't generally been allowed to turn professional until recently.

            Being based in Japan is not the same thing as being Japanese though.

                      I'm pretty ******* but I'd say citizenship is more important than ethnicity for this purpose. For instance, Lennox Lewis was born to Jamaican parents, but we're considering him British.
