you know Direll had only had about 5 less fights than Froch, so he's not that green

Short answer: Different level of competition and style wise the common Euro boxer is too static, they need to cut weight allot better to have a physical advantage to compensate for static movement. And i think it's not an American/European thing, it's just than Dirrell and Ward are very good fighters really. Taylor still lost to Abraham and Abraham has the same European style, conservative in movement lets call it that to avoid WW3.
The only beef i have against the Euros is the way FROCH robbed Dirrell of a clear win, tried to justify rabbit punches and on top of that comes out saying he deserved to win (based on what? non landed punches, <10% accuracy, being hurt in the fight?) I'm cool with Kessler and Abraham they are/were great champions despite the "conservative" style which i really don't like but hey whatever floats their boats..

I wouldn't call Andre Ward green at all.
He's probably been ready for the bigger fights for awhile. But ya gotta pad that record first.

Dirrel against Froch was green, Ward is other level of boxing, if he fight with 15 years win equal.

I think even though they are green and a prospect there international experience as amateur benefits them. But, it also has to do with the skills, the development, and style of the fighter.

so you had a problem with frochs rabbit punches but not of wards holding and headbutts?

there's massive double standards going on there.

                  Guy has a point, lol.

Poor examples to cite though (not that there's many to choose from).
Froch got a gift, period. While Ward IMO intentionally headbutted
Kessler that last time, he was going to win it anyway.

Each have 200+ amateur fights, so how green are they?

Not only that, but they have tons of talent and going up against straight up European boxers who stylistically perfect for slick and fast boxers. It'd be disappointing if they didn't give them trouble.
