    Here's a new PAC training vid prior to the Cotto fight

    PAC looks crazy sic with his shadowboxing on this one. But, I'd have to say, I really do think that he's just a hair slower than when he was at 126-130lbs.

          That second one is sped up, I remember when it was made and the creator said it was slightly sped up thats why the sound doesnt match the time and movements.

          He is the same. The first one was at 140 and the second was at 147

            funny you say it was sped up when the people around him are moving normal? must be some pro special effects

              LMAO, no it's not, bro. I thought the same thing when that vid first came out. Guess what, I went to the WildCard to check out the real thing, the motherf**ker is that fast!!

              Actually, his footspeed is what caught me by surprise. He really moves around like he's got iceskates on, it's unreal.

              PAC is so fast that people think he's not fully extending his punches, I thought the same, until I finally saw him in person!
