No there won't.. only if it is close. Why didn't they re-make DLH-Floyd then? Cause even though it was a split decision, Floyd murdered him, with a 22% higher punch landing.

There was supposed to be a rematch that was gonna be floyds next fight, but then floyd retired instead.... And hatton and floyd were considering doing a rematch after their fight.

depends who wins...I can see Pac rematching Floyd if he loses or its a really close victory.

But Floyd, if he beats Pac, will take that victory to heart and either retire, or move on to easier fights for a while.
