He's one of them. But historically there been other fighters at least as fast or faster. Mayweather, Meldrick Taylor, Sugar Ray Leonard, Manny Pacquiao, Joe Calzaghe, and Jones jr are the fastest I've seen personally. In fact, Jones might be the fastest of them all.
