Does having a conditoning coach really make that much of a difference though ?

I mean, what if PAC never had a strength - conditioning coach, but still worked his @ss off, would there be difference in his performance in the end?

do you think it would make you a lot better than you are now if you have one? either way you gonna need that sooner than later for the million dollar fight... i wish Clottey will be your first fight in Welter... i want to see him go down hard like he's been hit by a tank while buying ice-cream across the road

That's what I'm thinkin', man. I mean, if anything it gives a fighter a diversion, a break from the rigorous boxing routine.

But, I don't know about this whole "cutting edge workouts". It's just another fancy term for alternative workout. It can't be bad, but, how much better is a fighter just because he has a strength & conditioning coach as oppose to doing what Rocky was doin' in the gyms and streets of Philly.

Give Shawn time bro he is only 22. Hes got alot of time left for big fights and i think Shawn would be the first to tell you he wants to earn his chance and not just have it given. That being said i would love to see Shawn at WW while he is young so he can be like ole Pac-man and get a few belts in a few weight classes. Not saying your gonna get 7 in 7 weight classes Shawn. I meen i like ya Shawn but i dont see you going Light Heavy or Heavyweight haha.
