Not Wowed by Pac's speed but impressed by his.......

Strength, power, stamina and durability. This is not a dig at Pac I was really impressed with him on a whole but his speed was not really a big factor for the first few rounds, Cotto was right there with him.

I don't think on this level his speed is going to kill the top guys (initially at least). It is his ability to carry the speed in the later rounds and durability, work rate and stamina.

I think if Pac fights PBF he will best be served getting into a fight with PBF. PBF has good stamina also but.....he also Always dictates the pace of the fight and his pace is much slower than Pac's usual pace.

    Should be very interesting.

I was really impressed by how he could handle Cotto's shots. He took some really good shots to the head and body and never looked hurt.

I was impressed and shocked at Pac's durability and strength. After those shots he took he still looked fresh in the late rounds. I thought those shots would slow him down but no Wapakman kept coming like he had a duracell batter in his back.

Thats why I think him setting a high pace with PBF would benefit him. He appears to be durable and can throw lots of punches and still retain power and speed.

i did not like pacquiao's speed and sloppiness in the later rounds.

hopefully it's just laziness and not the additional weight.

Maybe it was one of two things or both: Cotto took something out of him so Pac got tired. Pac didn't feel the need to stay at a high level energy becausee he was winning and Cotto was no longer a threat.

Cotto did not do much damage caus the contract only stated he could rehidrate to 154, thats why he didnt look as beefy like when he fought Shane & thats why he couldnt take Mannys shots. Got that info from a PRbestpromotions here in PR

he didn't even weigh in fight night.

Seriously? I knew Cotto came in lighter than usual but I didn't know he was restricted. But didn't he refuse to weigh himself? How would they know if he exceeded 154 then?

                  it's bull****.

you can't limit how much a person rehydrates.

only way to tell is to weigh them fight night.

cotto didn't even weigh in for hbo.

it's nonsense rumors to excuse an embarassing , humiliating loss.

maybe it's the latter. i don't really see how cotto could have taken much from him.

he looked better at 142 imo. against oscar he was 148 fight night but it was with clothes on and shoes. he was 149 against cotto (maybe this time he was in his shorts)

i hope he doesn't put on any more weight.
