watch Jones Green Live in USA?

the fight will be live at like 2am in the USA, where can one watch this fight live in the USA? I know Versus got the right but they said they will show it on a same day tape delay, will there be anywhere to watch it live? it will be live on Australia Main Events PPV channel but what about in the USA?
