    Boxing without Tyson. . .

It wouldnt be the same. Tyson brought many of us in, myself included. He was an awesome force at his best. He gave me energy when i had none. He is the human spirit, and HE IS BOXING.

Well let me revise this... Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran saved boxing... And Mike Tyson took it to a whole nother level

Just like Larry Bird and Magic Johnson saved basketball... And Micheal Jordan took it to a whole nother level

You can say Mike Tyson in any country any place and even the non-casual boxing fans would say "oh Mike Tyson the boxer?".

He saved Boxing's popularity from the late 80s to the mid 90s, mid 90s De La Hoya came in to save boxing's popularity. Now it's Mayweather and Pacquiao together who are keeping boxing alive.
