Let's dispell the "Myth" that Pacquiao was outboxed by a shot Erik Morales

Fact Erik Morales was not shot when he beat Pacquiao

I keep hearing this ****** **** being posted from time to time as a way to discredit Manny Pacquiao. Only and Idiot or someone new to boxing would make such an ignorant statement.

First, Erik Morales was only 28 years old, had a record of 47-2, and his only losses came to another hall of famer fighter. Not just that both losses could have easily been scored in favor of Morales, making him and undefeated fighter when pac faced him.

Second, people forget how skilled Erik Morales (a ****in beast) was in his prime. P4P he is one of the greatest boxer punchers and a helluva problem for any fighter in any era. Losing to Morales is actually not a bad thing and something you can't hold against a fighter. He is a legend and an all-time great.

Lol I think the commentators made that comment during the Cotto fight. One of them said something like, "the last fight Pac lost was against Morales, and we all knew he was on the decline of his career." I don't know but they said something like that

Agree completely. Bringing up that loss or his very early career losses are ****** at this point. Manny is not the same guy he was then.

How can one dismiss something when someone(threadstarter) brings it up when knowing a argument of what he's wanting to be dismissed will occur.

morales wasn't shot, but his best weight was 126 lbs and lower.
