floyds domination over marquez had nothing to do with size....

marquez tried to outhink floyd from the opening bell and as a result kept getting caught over and over because floyd is smarter and faster....floyd hit him with damn near every left hook he wanted too......it has nothing to do with pacboy-floyd because pac isnt gonna counter floyd but just the truth needs to be stated....if you dont believe me just watch the first 2 rounds again....

Yeah then again welterweight is 141-147 so if it's a welterweight fight for a welterweight belt then mayweather should be able to weight in at 147 not 145.Paquiao could weight in as much as he wants.

I feel Mayweather would of beat Marquex regardless of size.

He would always simply be too fast and smart for Marquez.

Mayweather making Marquez come up to 144 was a ***** move though. What made it even worse was Mayweather didn't even try to make weight.

Bottomline is I can show you a video where Marquez does many things he just can do at 142 and at this stage in his career. I like to see what Mayweather will look like when he's 36 and is fighting at 154 with a bigger man.

nothing to do with size? really? so getting pelted with jabs by a guy 15 pounds heavier than you isnt a big deal then?

mayweather was faster, heavier, better, smarter, etc...all of that factored into the fight...to say it didnt makes you look extremely naive...

marquez was already ruined by PAC by the time Floyd go to him

it was obvious...he had problems against a shopworn Casa and even Diaz had him in trouble early in their fight...major slippage was visible

Nice avatar, goes to show how good Mayweather's defense is.

Agreed, however Marquez and Floyd had a contracted weight to be met specifically at the 144 stipulation in which Floyd had no intention of making and therefore missed. So, this was not an even playing field.

                    Peace.
