I'd say perhaps the geatest ever. People say Muhammad Ali is the GOAT but i strongly disagree, just because back then they fought 15 rounds, and fought too constantly they make him out to be the GOAT. He wasn't half as exciting as Pacquiao, and that's just coming from a guy who was raised by a boxing family, my father and grandfather always said how Ali really wasn't all that.
No disrespect to Floyd, he too is great, but not exciting to watch like Pacquiao is.
