I see that according to boxingscene and ring magazine that the IBF jr bantamweight title that Donaire won is vacant. When exactly did this happen and why??? Does he plan on moving up to bantamweight for his next fight?

he was the ibf flyweight champ and vacated it to move up to superflyweight. he then beat concepcion to win the vacant wba interim champ

According to boxingscene that belt still belongs to Vic Darchinyan and ring magazine's website doesnt acknowledge Donaire as owning a belt at jr bantam/superfly

No. I was reading about Sonsona being unable to make weight. But Donaire was supposed to have a belt in the same division but according to boxingscene and ring magazine doesnt for some reason.

well wba is a corrupt organization. they have the super champ vic darchinyan. they have the wba regular champ rojas (the guy that penalosa beat under the pac vs. larios ppv) and they have the interim champ donaire. yeah i know it's confusing

Donaire has never fought at bantamweight (118). He vacated his IBF flyweight (112) title before the Concepcion fight and fought for the interim WBA super flyweight (115) title. And he still has it because he probably won't move up for another few months.
