lol I agree im biased but I give Amir a bigger chance then youre giving him right now. Look, Maidana only got power. Khan has the longer reach, far better speed, better lateral movement and far better footwork. maidana only scores better at the chin and power points. Fights are won by skills. Khan by wide UD.

Hard to tell how Khan vs. Maidana would end up.

In theory Khan should be able to eek out a decision using his speed and movement.

The flip side however is that Maidana has the power to take Khan out with almost anything he lands, and he WILL land. He may not be the most proficient boxer in the world but he's not THAT shabby either. If he gets this fight he'll probably train like HELL for it; he'll be after the title and he knows the amount of money he could get by being the one to take out the 'new and improved' Khan.

I honestly wouldn't like to pick a winner, but I think Maidana will do it in the end, if only because he has murderous power, and Khan is arguably the least durable fighter in the sport. Khan also has a very low ring IQ, lack of experience and isn't really an in the trenches figher (imo); if he gets hurt, Maidana will finish then and there.

I like Maidana, but I get the feeling Khan would completely school this guy. Everyone is acting like Khan is just gonna let this guy go in and clean clock him.

Plus, there is no saying how good Maidana's power really is. He's never KOd anyone notable besides Ortiz. His only other previous step up was against Kotelnic who he couldn't hurt and lost a close fight too.

If Maidana can't get Khan in the ring, he should try to get a rematch with Kotelnik. Maidana is a big time player at 140 but he needs to reverse that loss if he can.
