Do the Americans own another division?

CW - Adamek, Huck, Wlodarczyk, Drodz, Alekseev. Let's see how he does right now against these guysCunningham-top crusier
Dawson-top lightweight
Ward-top super middleweight
Pavlik/Williams-top middleweight
Williams-top junior middleweight
Mayweather/Mosley-top welterweight
Bradly-top junior welterweight
Guerrero-top junior lightweight
Viloria-top light flyweight
Thats 9 of the 17 divisions that you could argue the top fighter is an American. Yet, Europeans think that they rule the sport.
Dawson - fighting 40 + yr olds riight. Lets see him against Erdie, Shumenov, Uzelkov, Pascal, Diaconu
Ward - lol right
MW- Golovkin Korobov N’Dam N’Jikam Pirog will be the top guys in the next year or two
147 and 140 are deep
All i'm pointing out is that to claim that they're the proven top fighters is absured.
Also, in the next 2 years things will get even more dreary for the divisions that american are 'best' in as you assert.Comment

Debatable again, Abraham is probably the best
Pacman is Top WW and JRW or Hatton is
Guerrero is American?Comment

Like I said you can debate it. Point was American boxing is still very strong. Last month people were ****ting on it but if you look at it unbiased you will see Americans are still holding it down. Most of those guys you listed aren't really in the conversation though. Adamek is debatable but his days at cruiser are pretty much over.CW - Adamek, Huck, Wlodarczyk, Drodz, Alekseev. Retirement and moving up is part of the game. Yes, Guerrero was born in California so why wouldn't he be an American. As for Pac hes a welter so yes he is in debate with Mayweather. I also said you can debate Hatton with Bradley but at this point in Hattons career I would say Bradley is the man at that division. It's all opinion but the Americans are doing fine even if some posters would like to make you believe something else.Comment

lol Well i agree with you. They aren't in the conversation because you don't know who 75% of the fighters i listed are. And certainly haven't seen them fight.Like I said you can debate it. Your media does a good job of keeping your fighters and your public to an even larger extent in a bubble.Comment

then why does this yank think you are talking ****??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxWNh7QjoKoYeah, I guess the hype from the tourney has gotten to me a little. I'm still a little bitter about the Dirrel fight. Either way America is doing a pretty good and I look forward to Kessler sparking Froch out. Super 6 is exciting imo even if the fights have yet to be truly legendary.Comment

I know who most of them are because I watch the stream. They aren't in the conversation because they haven't beat anyone yet. I've seen Huck fight and from what I remember(without cheating and looking at boxrec) he lost his first major step up fight, just can't recall who it was against. The other guys have not been tested yet to truly be considered the best. Cunningham was in with Adamek in a life and death battle. He deserves the spot since Tomaz has moved up.Comment
