come on terry, kessler didnt show up tonight or he was just another over rated euro champ. The better fighter won regardless of what anyone wants to complain about.

Kessler should have shown some fight on the inside. He was too passive.

I'm sure I even heard the referee say to him that you can fight your way out when he holds you, during one of the round breaks.
      Yes he did.

Or Kessler is too one diemensional to fight on the inside and can't adapt. Ward was using all different angles. Btw, where were you complaining when Joe Calzaghe would ruff people up on the inside? Yeah I didn't think so.

The ref was fair. He warned Ward for hodling and hitting plus hitting the waistline. It was fair, but none of the stuff Ward was on purpose. Kessler would inciate clinches sometimes himself. The ref also did a good job of noticing the cut was worse when it was.

Sauerland SHOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO IT, THEY SHOULD HAVE INSISTED ON A NEUTRAL REFEREE. But they were weak and agreed to it.

Ward should have been disqualified for that last nasty headbutt that ended the fight.
          \\

I think Ward coulda beat Kessler with his right hand tied behind his back

Ward is the truth Kessler was vastly overrated.. he was probably the most overated fighter in the game

A headbutt to the cheekbone caused the first cut in round two.

Ward was headbutting in every round.

I really dissappointed in Kessler, he was just really bad tonight. I've never really liked Ward, he fights extremely dirty and tonight was his worst night when it comes to dirty tactics.

kessler doesn't know how to fight on the inside.

He was slowed down by the headbutts and holding, and couldn't get into his rhythm.

The headgames about the handwrapping before the fight was another shady ploy by Ward's team.
