Why is the Ward - Kessler fight a delayed showing on the West Coast?

WTF, I was just looking through Showtime's schedule for tonight and they're gonna show it at 11:30 p.m. and it's a West Coast fight.
When HB*, has their WCB it's always live.

if you have showtime just watch it on there east channel the fight starts at 7 i live in the west and i will watch it live
