As soon as Pac/Floyd is signed, they need to work on a Great Undercard

I am getting a bit sick of crappy undercards on these mega fights

They need to make this the best full event ever and that includes the undercard

What about something like Khan v Katsidis, Tua v Arreola etc

They will need to be very careful with the overrall card in general. This card could hurt or help boxing. floyd may very well put on one of the most boring preformances in history and seeing that more than a million people would be watching the fight, it would pretty much set boxing back a long way in the mainstream. Undercards need to be competitive and exciting to the casual fans.

I have no more hope for undercards. For the future they are either going to be used to showcase young talent or used to showcase the talent they already have against weak opponents.

They won't. Knowin how big that fight is they'll be content to let the main course carry it wit no thought about the undercard.

I suspect they won't even consider the ramifications.

They'll look at how much the main event will cost and will earn, and realize
they have solid gate in hand, so there's no need to add more value. It's
          a business, after all.

absolutely true, the need to put some hard hitting guys in there for some quick knockouts, nobody wants to see feather fisted guys box to UD's like in the Pac-Cotto undercard

The undercard will be garbage but if they were smart the undercard would have Lopez vs Gamboa and Haye vs Arreola/Adamek.

I agree with this. DLH vs Mayweather got a lot of buyers but it was very disappointing because of the lack of action.

Bob Arum and good undercard is like an oxy moron. At least Golden Boy will have something to do with the promotion and they usually make their fights on undercards a little better, but not much.
