Would Mayweather have looked as impressive against Cotto like Pac?

Styles do make fights. Pac stood his ground like Mosley did against Cotto, but he was more quick and accurate and put more pressure on Cotto. Even though Floyd is also quick and maybe more accurate than Pac, he's not aggresive enough to put the pressure on Cotto like Pac and even Margarito did. Cotto would be much more relaxed against Mayweather and he would look better since he would be the aggressor. Cotto's weakness is pressure fighters who stand up to him and force him to fight and expend energy. Mayweather is more methodical and doesn't throw too many punches.
I don't see a ko happening because I can't see Mayweather standing up to Cotto like Pac did and he would backpedal and try to counter punch Cotto all night. I see a razor thin decision for Mayweather similar to the Castillo fights, and it would be nowhere near as impressive as Pac over Cotto.

No and it would be incredibly boring because floyd would run like crazy from cotto.. mayweather probably wins a UD but not even scratching cotto's face.

It would be lopsided as in 12-0 or 11-1, but Floyd would have emabarrased him, and it is possible the corner would have stopped it late because Cotto would not land anything.
