I'm not sure if Kessler meant he was doubled over by body shots in the gym as a kid or not.
Either way, you can be sure Ward knows to go to the body as that Calzaghe body shot is the only reference to pain I've seen from Kessler.
But I don't think he'll be able to hurt him anyway. -
Calzaghe popped him with a pretty good body shot. Kessler looked to be in a good deal of pain. It's always a good idea to work the body and mix up your punches. This should be an interesting fight.Comment

kess has good footowork and doesn't stay around long enough to be hit with alot of hard shots.
imo though a good fighter with good counter punching skills will be able to slip and then counter to the body thus taking away the legs. calz had success against kessler by backing him up, mixing his flurries with power shots and throwing punches from angles.
although ward is capable of doing everything above to kess - he won'tComment
