Why do people call Holyfield an overachiever?

I heard several commentators and guys like Dibella calling him an overachiever. I think it's not true: Ruiz is an overachiever, Froch is an overachiever, you could say Mayorga was an overachiever too( because of his poor skills).
Holyfield loved to brawl but had great athleticism, skills, power and great footwork. IMO he was a very complete technical fighter.

Why do you think people call Holyfield an overachiever? Do you agree with that statement?

far from an overachiever. he just so happened to be a very good technical boxer who had an iron chin and would goto war with his opponents. how anyone could call holyfield an overachiever mystifies me.
