read the following and try to make a point for pacquiao being so great based on these wins.

his first big win: barrera, all credit to him. barrera was coming off good wins.

jmm beats his ass out side of the first round.

erik morales, shot fighter that still beat his ass.
      2005: zahir raheem beats morales
2006: pacquiao beats morales and gets hyped to the skys
      2007: david diaz beats morales

barrera 2, coming off loss, old and past prime.

wins a disputable SD decision to the smaller, older man.

wins against de la hoya(do i need to explain what de la hoya pac was in the ring with?)

beats ricky hatton, we all know that if you beat ricky hatton, you are great.

miguel cotto, barely won a gift decision in new york against a b level fighter clottey.....AND HE GETS A MEGA FIGHT!>? WTF?! clottey was inches away from getting a win over cotto but pacquiao beats him and suddenly hes top 10 atg.
you can kill your self now....

I wouldnt call oscar overrated...he fought the best of this era really..I mean honestly Oscar De La Hoya has THE best resume since the 1990's...he just failed in a lot of his BIG fights...actually ALL of his big fights....he is a very skilled boxer..but what is most important is that he was a gateway for a lot of the top P4P fighters now to achieve success in the sport of boxing. Even in his losses he won, and he fought the best.

He is a lil overrated bro. The names in his resume in the last 6yrs are not great opponents to me. And, he calls himself the G.O.A.T. says he is better than Leonard and Ali... His fans believe too. The last 6yrs has been very disappointing and yet people act like he has done something awesome in the last 6yrs. When basically is beat bums, old fighters, overrated fighters, fighters coming off losses, and nobodies. That is whole resume in the last 6yrs.

Get your facts right. Pacquiao won a UD over Barrera
                    118-109, 118-109, 115-112

Barrera was on survival mode pretty much for the whole fight. He fought not get stopped and just last 12 rounds.

How did he win in his losses? Cuz he made so much money. That is fine congratulations. But, he is not a great fighter. He has a few gift decisions too. People always act like a win over Oscar was something great. After awhile the a win over Oscar has to lose it's luster. Every little Oscar win is proof he still on top. Beating Mayorga was proof that he was still good. Beating Vargas was proof that he still had it. But, really no. Oscar lossed all his big fight. All of them and the ones he did win was cuz he got a gift decision or the other fighter ruined or old.

The only time I was impressed with Oscar was when he beat Henandez, Ruelas, and Gonzalez. After that he was not impressive at all. He was just very overrated.
