Delusional disorder is a psychiatric diagnosis denoting a psychotic mental disorder that is characterized by holding one or more non-bizarre delusions in the absence of any other significant psychopathology. Non-bizarre delusions are fixed beliefs that are certainly and definitely false, but that could possibly be plausible, for example, someone who thinks that because a fighter lands a good punch on Mayweather that he was almost KO'ed. In order for the diagnosis to be made auditory and visual hallucinations cannot be prominent, although olfactory or tactile hallucinations related to the content of the delusion may be present.
Did Corley & Judah "REALLY" give Mayweather PROBLEMS?

Of course, Judah gave Mayweather fits til he gassed out in the middle rounds and Mayweather won the second half of the bout. Baldomir beat Judah better than Mayweather but Mayweather dominated Baldomir. Thats because of styles. Baldomir had alot more experiance with southpaws. Mayweather before the Judah fight only fought 3 his whole career.
You ask how can that be? It was done very carefully!!
And face it, there is a reason Mayweather has faced less than any champion in boxing!
Guys like Hopkins faced 9 just in middleweight title defences(and thats not counting the bunch he faced pre-title and post title like Calzaghe,Tarver and Wright). So how would a muliti titlest like Mayweather only fight 4 in 42 fights?
Like I said carefully!Comment

If you look at Wife Beater's counters, all the counters are from that mitt system. He has been doin' it since he was a kid. He faces these awkward fighters and it throws off his rhythm since he's so used to that mitt system.Last edited by Monte Fisto; 11-27-2010, 02:58 PM.Comment

Zab held his own for like 4 rounds, then got broken down like everyone else. Haters just need to accept that Money is the man right now. He has the technical skill, precision and ring generalship to stay at no.1 for a long time.Comment

they gave him some trouble of course, but no different from his fights with chavez and castillio and a couple of others---reggie sanders gave floyd some problems in his 2nd fight as a pro---
floyd has dominated every southpaw he has faced with the exception of reggie sanders---he clearly dominated zab and chop----easily beating them---the scorecards showed it well---i don't remember a round chop won---maybe round 4---maybe--coz he stunned floyd a bit--but floyd fought back so strong and even knocked him down even though it wasn't scored---he knocked out sharmba and was well on his way to stopping zab but zab decided to low blow floyd and hit him behind his head out of frustration-lol---
floyd has had his way with southpaws and he adjusts to them so fast and so effectively---he does with every fighter---manny doesn't make adjustments well at all during fights---he just overwhelms his opponents from start to finish--but in fighting floyd, he will have to have a plan b,c,d,e,f,g and h--coz he will be countered, tagged, hit so much and floyd will make it look easy--like clottey did when he opened up on manny--he landed at will when he actually threw--and floyd is 10x the fighter a clottey and margarito is---look at what floyd did to another counterpuncher in jmm? the guy who gave manny so much hell in 2 fights after he adjusted to manny--
take weight out of the picture and look at the styles---manny has terrible times with good counterpunchers----morales countered manny well in their 1st fight--manny better be lucky he was taught late to use to right hand more---the only problem for him is that floyd has been a two handed fighter since he was 6--lol--
manny is ****ed and you'll all have to face it---Comment

That's right. Also, do you think it has something to do with the Wife Beater's camp mitt system ?

floyd opens up more against southpaws because he finds more angles fighting them---pay attention--
floyd can adjust to ANY style--when will you learn?
and it's useless to try to counter my arguments because i know the sport too well and know manny's style and floyd's style--especially against southpaws---manny would have to turn conservative to compete with floyd and throw him off that way--manny doesn't do that well coz he just developed a right hand some, not too long ago--he hasn't done it enough for it to be effective against floyd imo---
FLOYD HAS TURNED SOUTHPAW AGAINST LEFT HANDED FIGHTERS AND LANDED CLEAN AGAINST THEM---ASK SHARMBA AND CHOP CHOP WHEN HE DROPPED WITH IT AND LANDED ON SHARMBA PERFECTLY WITH IT---Comment

Whats up with the MYTH that Mayweather has trouble with southpaws?
Floyd Mayweather vs DEMARCUS CORLEY
Mayweather Landed 47% of his 50 punches per round and 53% of his power shots.
Mayweather Outlanded Corley 283-150 in total punches.
Mayweather Dropped Corley in 8th & 10th rounds, landing 28 power shots in 8th & 34 in 10th.
OH and Mayweather shoulder rolled all night on Corley...
8th & 10th rounds...problems with southpaws?
Mayweather Finished strong, outlanding Corley 120-44 in power shots over last 5 rounds.
Scoring: 119-107; 118-108; 119-108
Floyd Mayweather vs Zab Judah
Mayweather dropped first 2 rounds on 2 cards after getting outlanded 11-5 in power shots in opening 6 minutes. Start of round 3 All Floyd from then on, as he outlanded Judah 153-53 in power shots, including 28-2 in the 9th. Floyd played some “D” as well, as Judah landed in single digits in total connects in 10 of 12 rounds.
Rounds 7,8 & 9..Utter dominance
Overall, Mayweather landed 205 of 441 (46%) total punches to 89 of 485 (18%) for Zab.
Floyd also landed 158 of 322 (49%) power shots to 64 of 177 (36%) for Judah, who managed to land just 25 of 308 jabs (8%).
Scoring: 116-112; 117-111; 119-109.
I sincerely hope this isn't ALL Freddie Roach has to go off of to prepare Manny Pacquiao for Floyd Mayweather
Ortiz will be the next Soutpaw victim!!Comment

Yes. Floyd struggled with them the first 3 rounds. That DOES NOT mean the entire fight. It means it took him a little while to adjust to their stance, speed, and timing.
Once he adjusted, it was over. But both of them did manage to land clean shots consistently in the beginning of the fight.Comment
