I think they're giving up some concessions 1st with the knowledge that the Floyd camp cant make any outrageous demands without looking like a ***** and the knowledge that they care more about Manny's legacy than money.

They're just waiting for the Floyd camp to either accept the 50-50 or take the 1st counteroffer the floyd camp makes.
