What it takes to be a Trainer

I've always wondered what it takes to be a trainer. Is it knowledge, experience, wisdom, virtue, patience, tenacity, respect for a fighter

Honestly i don't know. But i know every boxer has a trainer. And boxers that lose have a trainer. The only trainers are not Angelo Dundee, Eddie Futch, or Freddie Roach. Trainers vary so much in their methods and beliefs. And they vary in the Fighters they produce.

So i want to know what you guys think takes to be a trainer. And i want to know what you guys think makes a good trainer and a bad one.

you gotta have a nice bond wth your fighter, know your boxing and boxer(his strengths weaknesses etc..), be able to discipline them, have a gym and gear for your boxers, and alot of dedication to the sport

there are alot more things but those are the most important i think
