I was suprise it did over 1mill knowing how many fans felt about the fight being so one sided. I didn't really want to watch it because I already knew the result, Oscar by KO. Almost everybody felt the same way. Boy if it was to happen now knowing how Pacquiao is capable of fighting with the welters, it will do 2mills with no problem.

I bet that Oscar isnt even Oscar anymore. I bet anything that Pac & Floyd are bigger money guys right now than Oscar. If all 3 of those guys said they were fighting Paul Williams on PPV, no one would get Oscar-Williams over Floyd-Williams or Pac-Williams. Those 2 have passed him wether people want to admit it or not. You could actually argue that they are bigger now than Oscar was in his prime wit the numbers they are putting up

Yeah Oscar wouldn't draw much fighting today but when he was on top he did draw great numbers no matter who he fought. I think Floyd and Pac have to fight top fighters to reach the same numbers. If Pac beats Floyd and stays around some more than one or two more fights he might beat Oscars popularity and numbers.
