40-0 against who? To be the best u have to fight the best! Floyd right now holds no belt and the p4p status is being dictated by u!! Pac right now holds a belt, he is the champion and has stepped up to the plate. The best welterweight right now is Mosley who will unify the belts with Berto. In order for Floyd to get the bulk of the money he would have to own a belt at welterweight and have fought at least 1 of the top contenders which both are not happening. I still have Cotto ahead and the reason is because he has stepped up to fight the best their is and risking his past undeafeated record, he fought, Mosely, Marg, Clottey, and Pac, fighters tht Floyd should have fought along time ago, explain to me how is it tht Floyd has been fighting longer then Cotto yet Cotto fought these guys b4 Floyd did?
