Also, getting 50% of the purse fighting each other will turn out to be more than getting 60%+ of the purse with anybody else.

Freddie's right...Floyd has slowed, much like Roy Jones when he was fighting guys like Julio Gonzalez and still looked blazing fast. But if you had been watching closely, you could see he'd dipped. I noticed the same thing when Floyd fought Oscar and noticed it some more against Hatton. He has dipped a bit - not so much that he's shot but at 32, it's slowly creeping up.

What is Roach talking about, manny fought 1 way the whole fight. he can't be serious.

And if Floyd did slip, it didn't show against JMM. Defense wasn't as tight, but his offense wasn't bad.

And In Hatton, it was by design to get hatton close and set him up with that check hook. He basically did it the whole fight!

if they fight at 147 floyd will weigh around 154 fight night.

they should meet in the middle which is 145 since its easier to gain than lose pounds.
PAC weight is WW, he said it himself after the fight, he´s the WW champion and P4P king...why need 2 extra punds if you are 1 of the greats of all time, and PBF is only a cherrypicker who lost to ODLH and PAC massacred???, etc. , etc., etc.

As much as I want PBF to fight PAC, SSM, PWILL, Cotto, etc...I WANT PAC to fight at the weightlimit and proove that he doesn't need any advantage to win....ridiculuous.

What happened in the PBF and JMM fight is that Team Marquez sort of played themselves by allowing a penalty of only $300,000 for every pound over. In the Pac and Cotto fight and with most big fights it's a penalty of a million per pound over. So it only cost PBF $600,000 to secure the victory and claim a place back in boxings upper-tier after a two year hiatus. In the bigger scope of things, it paid off for Team May. May weather cheated Marquez and boxing fans by doing this. Roach and Arum will make sure the penalties will be significant when contracts are drawn up.

This fight needs to happen at 147. Pac holds a WW belt and iyt's time to step up. No more catchweights.

same w/ some of the fans here...don't really care about the "how much?" or "who's the bigger draw" or "what's the split"

the only question that we as fans need to give a KCUF is

                      "WHEN?"
