    What's so great about Ali?

He lost to Joe Frazier and struggled with him the other two times, but Foreman destroyed Frazier in 2.

Which means Foreman would destroy Ali right?

      Oh god.

Floyd faced these guys in their prime and won.

What is so special about facing guys on the decline?

It really does suprise me PBF is rated as high as he is! He cant be no2 p4p behind manny in the best boxers of the decade poll. He hasnt beat anyone who was in their prime who was really any good.
How can PBF compare himself to Ali, and SRR when it is Pac who is more similar to these guys.

PBF is elusive like Ali, but the thing is Ali could punch and fight the same as SRR. Pac is elusive but kicks butt like Ali and SRR. Pac is far more like the type of fighters Ali and SRR was. Giving excitement like them.
History has got soft spots for fighters like Ali types and Pac approach to fighting is the same. Fighting everone.

You think the ODLH that Floyd fought was prime?? or Mitchell? or Judah coming off a loss? i'm not sure Baldomir ever had a "prime", Gatti was at least 5 years past prime, Bruseles was coming off a draw with the stellar Ener Julio and Corley was also coming off a loss.

I don't think Mr Boatbuyers fans should be accusing Manny of fighting past prime people since Floyds only Prime fighter 140+ was Hatton who was never a 147 fighter.

            PBF is a tremendous boxer.

And many here say he has a very rich boat refurbishing business.

The fact that he fought good competition early in his career for me made him special, We have see boxers fighting bums and cab drivers and go on to be 45-0 before they get exposed. He was 22 when he was fighting people like genaro hernandez. People look at the end of his career and judge him based on 2 or 3 money fights but it shows how they dont have the deep knowledge of the sport.

Indeed his Career below 135 makes him an ATG, that part of his career is without question outstanding.

Ali lost to frazier. Foreman KO's Frazier in 2!

Ali lost to Norton, then burly beat him in a rematch. Foreman KO's Norton in 2!

                  Ali KO's Foreman in 8!

This is boxing my friend, you can't read into it like that.

I think the problem about him is he talks a lot but then people look at him and say what have you done for me lately, Looking at Pacquiao's resume over the last 5 years its easy to see why people put down Mayweather's resume.

Add the fact that Pac is bloody exciting when ever he gets in the ring to the pleasing eye and Mayweather is the opposite, Watching Mayweather to someone thats use to Pacquiao is like watching paint dry but for me watching Mayweather box in general is like watching an artist.
