What must have transpired before Morales Vs. Pacquiao.

I DID MY HOMEWORK !, I've just watched 2 of the trilogy fight of Barrera and Morales. I saw that they were using Cleto Reyes Gloves with the word MEXICO written accross the gloves on both occasions. So that person who first said that Morales has been using the Winning Gloves to protect his frail hands had to be lying IMO.
Manny is an effective slugger with a knock out power. Arum who is Morales' promoter KNEW this. Morales needed to redeem his profession, and of course Arum must have wanted his fighter to win. Arum must have thought of a way to soften Pacquiao's power and he must have known that using a Winning Gloves with a lot of padding would do the job.
But Arum must have needed an excuse for Morales and Pacquiao to wear this type of gloves. He must have thought of this, so he must have used that excuse to hide the real intention of protecting his fighter's chin.
Using the gloves with a lot of padding would make Pacquiao ineffective in his pursuit to knock down Morales. Making Pacquiao out of position when his punch would not work well and make him vulnerable for Morales' counter punches.
Now, could Murad have done something about this. IMO, no. Murad is in no position to haggle with Arum cause the latter has a much bigger stature in boxing world. And so Murad is probably just reduced to saying yes to Arum all the time. That's why maybe Pacquiao would be better off with a new promoter who has a bargaining power. Murad is only a victim of his own stature in the boxing world.
