Pacquiao's a tremendous athlete in his own right but 5ft6 lookin up at a man who's about 6ft4,thats not right imo

I think Floyd. Floyd has the ability to outbox Pwill and make him miss the majority of his shots. Pacs mentality is to go forward and brawl and he would have a tougher time landing, and have a much tougher time making Williams miss.
