I dunno. How do you determine what your best weight is?

I've always wondered what factors determine your "optimal" fighting weight.

I'm a shade over 5'8" and about 190. I'm actually not fat, I swear haha. I could probably get down to 154, but I'd be a small 154. I'd be a very solid sized 147.

No laughing, but I'm 6 ft even and weight about 138 so I'm guessing 130 or a little below and yes I'm out of my teens.

I mean, if your best weight means squeezing down to a class where you can pick on naturally smaller guys, I guess my best weight is 175.

I'm 6'1, 205 and in great shape normally. So techincally, I guess I could fight at Lhw, CW and HW.

I am 5ft 7 and am currently just under the lightweight limit at 133 pounds.

I could probably make 130 so a super featherweight it is.
