I think Floyd possesses stopping power but he doesn't go all out because of his china hands. I guess in that sense, he's not such a big puncher later in his career.

The ***er's punch velocity is faaaast, rate of fire is above average and still got some pop though, although he'll mostly pop=shot one at a time, so it would be unwise to stand flatfooted and trading at distance in front of him.
