And you think that is fair why? Pacquiao just beat Cotto in impressive fashion who was a top WW. I was pissed off that it was at 145 but gave him a pass for a one off... but doing it more takes the piss, Manny is supposed to be the WW champion and it ranked #1 at WW... why should he weigh 145? Fight at the official limit being 147.

I think losing a couple million because he's over by 2 lbs will kill him inside, especially if its a 50/50 split in purse. It would hurt him to know that Pacquiao is taking home more money than he is. He wont risk coming in over-weight.
