They should make a new Hall Of fame, which should be harder to get in to, not like the one's from now that you're just voted on by a bunch of writers who like you or not when you're eligible. They should have it like the Baseball Hall Of Fame, hard to get in.
For example:
You need a certain amount of titles in different weight classes(5+ weight classes), or lineal titles in 3+ weight classes, you need 35+ wins, and you can't have more than 7 losses. That's just an example of how hard they should make it. Exceptions are if you defend your title at least 15+ times in 1 weight class reign.
I thought about this because of what Manny Pacquiao has been doing, it's just too good to just induct him in the regular IBHOF that anyone that has won a title can join, just being sarcastic but you know what I mean. An Exclusive, harder to get in, Hall Of Fame, would create more determined boxers like Pacquiao, Mayweather, De La Hoya, Holyfield Etc, who are after making history and not just settling for a regular boxing career.
