We hear this used time and time again. 'You need to pressure Floyd non-stop and bring the fight to him'. When has such a thing even worked? He is an elite counter-puncher with remarkable defense.

One of you who are reading this right now will never see it.

You have to ask: Who is Freddie going to hire as sparring partners to imitate Floyd's style?

We know Oscar hired Shane to help out, but it didn't end right for him against Floyd.

I'm guessing Pacquiao may likely over-train himself in pursuit of the perfect formula against his opponent.

Manny's going to need to simply overwhelm Floyd and not make ANY mistakes if he hopes to win.

        Let the games begin!
How about JMM.. Do you think JMM would be willing to be the training partner of Manny in preparation for Floyd's fight?

That's why I been posting for days, saying Manny needs a different plan. Don't follow him around the ring. That immediately takes away certain advantages Floyd has.

Marquez is too small and too slow, IMO. No way he would be Manny's sparring partner anyway, he hates Manny.

Freddie probably already has sparring partners in mind. He's brilliant at this.

For sparring partners, I'd say Guzman, but he might be too small.

I actually didn't look at it that way.

He has, JMM twice - and he won those fights because of knockdowns.

He's a better fighter now though without a doubt, but when this fight happens i'm not even sure i'd put my own money on either Floyd or Pac - I think i'll just sit back and enjoy it.
