We're gonna find out something, can Floyd actually lose a decision and can someone beat Pacquiao on the backfoot? Surely that just allows Pac to flood him with punches.

Pac fans know this is the only way for Pac to be competitive. If Mayweather boxers smart...no way Pac can get inside to land punches.....

Pac is a great fighter but Mayweather is going to make that boy look ordinary around the 5th or 6th rd.......

Pac's only chance is to slug it out, Mayweather is too smart and too defensive to do so

Flood with punches that will miss???....

plus Mayweathers reach is longer, IMO when Pac jumps in to punch he will taste a jab in the face way b4 his punch even gets an opportunity to land.......

Its just ****** to think about...If you know an opponents strength is slugging it out why would you go in there and try and slug it out with him....Floyd is going to box his way to victory and people will call him a ***** for not trying to slug it out with Manny

mayweather has never fought a fighter of the speed, accuracy of pac. that is key, because his d will get tested like never before. at some points he will have to exchange because pac is the only fighter fast enough to keep up with his pace.

Pacquiao likes to sidestep and turn his opponent during or directly after a flurry too and Mayweather will likely be subjected to much more sustained attacks than he's had to deal with for a long time because of that.

I do think Mayweather will be too disciplined for Pacquiao though. The fact that he refuses to put himself in the line of fire by not committing to hurting the opponent makes him so hard to beat. His movement and sneaky counters should be enough to significantly cut down Pacquiao's workrate also.

One thing's for sure in my mind though - there's no way Pacquiao lands one of those one hitter quitters he caught Hatton and Cotto with on Floyd.
cotto and hatton both never threw any feints, never made Manny think. Cotto jab was very effective and his jab is no where as fast as Floyds which would leave manny off balance.

I said this before, the right hand is the conqueror of Manny. it is no coincidence that Diaz, Oscar, hatton, or cotto didn't have a right hand to save their lives!

floyd is master of distance and range, he also puts a lot of weight on his back foot which makes him very elusive and fluid. He will beat manny easily. manny threw a lot of punches on a mostly stationery Cotto and landed about 40%. floyd is gone land close to 50% of his power shots and the check hook will reservice in the fight as key weapon for manny as well.

Manny does like to circle his opponents but only after a flurry. if u diffuse his flurry, his footwork is pretty ordinary

In any way you look at it any REAL boxing fan will tell you that floyds skill in the ring is just too good. Out of some weird belief I still think that Pac can pull it off. Why? Because Pac imo I dont think Pac has peaked yet. His ability to still get better is crazy. When it comes to boxing strategy Freddie > Floyd Sr. anyday. Floyd Jr. doesn't watch old tapes of fighters didn't he say that? Freddie is really good at pointing out flaws and Manny is really good at following instructions and add to the fact that Manny always brings 110% into the ring.

From a betting standpoint I'd bet on Floyd without a doubt. My heart says Pac but my head says Floyd.
Floyd don't fight the same way every fight either. He is 1 of the best in ring adjuster in the business. Manny will have to have several games plans perfected to get a win.

To answer your question, just about everyone in Boxing is sucking Pac's **** right now. The guy just made history.
he really didn't make history...Phillipine history...ok. but he is really just a 5 time champ in 5 different weight classes. Real Talk!!!
