Domination isn't just about knocking over fighters - it's WHO is being knocked over. Top drawer or Tomato Can?

With that in mind Pac > Roy > Tyson.

He moved up 20 lbs to fight someone that would STILL outweigh him by 30lbs.

Moved back DOWN in weight to fight the #1 LHW champion in Tarver.

You are right, Roy didn't fight anyone.

Jones easily, Tysons prime was really short and he was beaten in his physical prime by Douglas. Jones hardly lost rounds in his prime and it lasted quite a while, Pacquiao is dominant but only for the past 2-3 years we still have a while to go.

Roy moved from MW>SMW>LHW>HW and knocked them out in every division except HW, and he still rocked Ruiz.. a guy who outweighed him by 50 lbs from Roys previous fight at LHW.

Roy ALWAYS moved up in weight and fought bigger guys than himself, and Roy fought from 154lbs.

He has 54 wins .. and 40 by knock out... thats hardly going UD all the time.
