Pacquiao is an extremely good fighter now, he may well have beaten all of those recent opponents even if some of them weren't at somewhat of a disadvantage. But, who do you think was the last credible opponent that Pacquiao fought? This has to be someone who was fighting at 100% of their capability and wasn't weight-drained, overrated or mismatched.

Vs Pac, Cotto had enough stamina to run for 12 rounds. But realized his best punches weren't enough to hurt Manny. Manny's mind game worked (Manny felt the pain from Cotto's punches but ignored it).
Pacquiao might have beaten Cotto even if he was at 100%, but Cotto hasn't been the same since he fought Margarito, or possibly since he fought Mosley. Freddie Roach said that he noticed Cotto wasn't the same fighter in recent bouts after he viewed the fight tapes. So even Roach basically said that Cotto wasn't at his very best.Comment
