      I understand when people make a list they sometimes rank them in order of talent
      But having Mayweather at 3rd means they are going on merit
      Mosley should be top on achievements at 147 if that's the case, and Floyd & Pac should be lower.

                    Mosely should really be number 1 at welter but they are probably going off of the fact that Pacquiao demolished the guy that beat Mosely. Mayweather shouldn't even be on this list just for the Marquez fight. How would any welterweight beating a fat Marquez solify their spots in that weight class?

                      Yes like you i think he should be lower. Because the best he beat was a past his best DLH. And SSM beat DLH at his peak. And SSM just beat Margarito who is better than anyone PBF has fought also.
