Also Golden...ppl have proven a number of times that he contradicts himself. Ppl have called him a liar, a fraud and what have you. If that is the case, why believe anything that he says anymore. Not only that, but if he is a liar and blah, blah, why even pay him attention?

I mean, I have learned to be smart when I hear him speak. Yes he has said some silly stuff and he has said stuff that has truth in it. But I don't get all bent out of shape because he said something.

For example, he said that he would not wait for the Winner of this fight. Ppl took that and ran with it. Called him a fraud and ducker. But To be honest, I paid that statement no mind. Because I know that he really wants to fight Manny. Now, since Manny has won, that is all he has talked about, this fight with the Winner (Manny of course). So I try to be wise when I hear him speak. I don't go crazy when he makes a statement and if he says he is going to this, I hold him to it and if he doesn't i'll call him out on it.

Pretty much what ever Floyd says now a days is a joke. I dont think ppl in here take it personal or dislike him personaly..But when you are in a messsage board debating with other fans who defend the crazy stuff he says....then ppl tend to take that personaly. So its the fans that dont like him against the fans who adore him...that can tend to get personal. I suggest you stay out of those threads if it is a bit much for you Coach.

and you always say "how can you hate someone you dont even know...

well how can you love someone you dont even know? ask his fans that..

its human nature, they hate what they hear, they hate the cherry picking..

his fans, love his skills, his flashy life tyle

pacmans losses were in the pros tho which makes the difference. the only loss mayweaher will use is the morales loss which cant really be argued against.

yea I hear you. I'm not going off the edge or anything!!! lol..but I just like to have good intelligent boxing discussions. If we disagree, that is fine, but we don't have to get personal or take personal shots at each other. its not like we are the ones in the ring anyways...its two OTHER PPL!! That is why I'm here. I'm not here to make negative threads about this fighter or that fighter. I enjoy talking boxing and its been pretty cool chopping it up with you the last few days my friend.

Fair enough! that sounds like a better explanation

As a fan, I admire his skills. All that other stuff outside the ring doesn't matter to me. I don't know Floyd. Its possible that he could be a completely different guy. The the skills in the squared circle is what made me a fan.

I disagree when he says Manny lost before and stuff... cause that doesn't matter to me. But you don't get the jist of what he was trying to say... people say "Pacquiao has came up from 106" as if he did it since he was a fully grown man, but he was 16 and Floyd weighed the same when he was 16, that's all he was saying. Manny was still very young then, so its a little unfair to put too much enphasis on it because he wasn't fully grown at that point. I still give him props for going pro when he was 16 though, fair play to him for that.

When he was being flashy, people were saying hes an arogent ****head who is full of himself and hate him, when he was doing something good such as giving to the homeless they said "it doesn't matter what he does in real life, it matters what he does in the ring".

People shouldn't focus on one and not the other.
