GH is what causes some peoples head and other parts to grow, look at some players in the MLB growing 2 hat sizes over a season or two (hat size I'm not sure of actual measure, obiously not going from a size 7-9 probably by 1/2s or 1/4s), this has been reported buy various equipment managers in the major leagues.
