Post the picture address, with [IMG] in front of it and [/IMG] at the rear.

That's if it's an online pic...

If it's just one on your computer, upload it to Imageshack.com (click browse, pull up the file from your computer, then upload) and cut and paste the "direct link to image" address with [IMG] and [/IMG] around it.
