haha! I find myself thinking the same thing about haye.

I dislike them both intensely, so it's a win win for me.

I'd like to say haye would knock his head off, but you never know with bernard, i said exactly the same thing with pavlik and i was totally wrong. He's so clever he can negate the most ridiculous of natural advantages (like being bigger, stronger and a genuine knockout puncher). I'd still pick haye, but i wouldnt put money on it. and i certainly wouldnt put money on it happening, so its all academic

all haye needs to do is land 1 punch and hopkins head would be knocked off into the 6th row, theres noway hopkins can win this.

haye by brutal 1st round KO

Hopkins does have a granite chin, but there are limits to punch resistance. Being able to withstand Pavlik's power is a world behind getting hit flush by a HW. Even if you do think Haye's power at heavy isn't anything special - it certainly WAS at cruiser where he was KTFOing people for fun. And he definitely isn't as one-dimensional as Pavlik. His fight against Valuev, where he curbed his natural attacking instincts to perfection, demonstrated that he can shift to a plan B.

Hopkins' defence may get him through a couple of rounds. But once Haye warms up and gets his eye in he'll drive a truck through B-Hop's guard and chisel him a tombstone.

Probably the most boring fight in history and I give Hopkins a shot at beating ****ty Haye, even though Hopkins is just as bad.

Hopkisn will school this fraud. You guys forget David Haye has been KOed bya middle weight, he would also be the slower man.

That doesnt sound good. I would take Hopkins over pretty much anyone 175-190, but if he had to go up to over 190 pounds for Heavyweight i don't think he could still fight like his normal self. If he gets to fight Jones and wins he needs to retire afterwards, because if not father time will catch up to him pretty hard. He has done enough in his career and if he avenges his biggest loss in his career he really doesnt need to do anything else.
