If the fight is at 140, Hatton will muscle him. The fight will be ugly and Hatton will win by late stoppage or UD.

JMM doesn't have enough movement to get away from Hatton's clinching nor does he have enough power at 140 to close the show via a Pacquiao Sleeper punch.

However, Hatton is very very susceptible to Counter punching. Still, Hatton will just make it a rough fight and make it hard for Marquez to get off any clean punching.
